    PREREQUISITE

    2 Chronicles 7:14


    "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."


    Memorize these four verses:



    Romans 8:15


    "For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father."


    2Timothy 1:7


    "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."


    Hebrews 13:6


    "So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me."


    I John 4:18


    "There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love."

    DEUTERONOMY




    Chapter 1, verse 21:


    "Behold, the LORD thy God hath set the land before thee: go up and possess it, as the LORD God of thy fathers hath said unto thee; fear not, neither be discouraged."


    Chapter 3, verse 22:


    "Ye shall not fear them: for the LORD your God he shall fight for you."

    Chapter 6, verse 13:


    "Thou shalt fear the LORD thy GOd, and serve him, and shalt swear by his name."




    The PSALMS


    Psalm 23, verse 4:


    "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me."


    Psalm 27, verses 1 - 8




  1. "The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?"
  2. "When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell."
  3. "Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident."
  4. "One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to inquire in his temple."
  5. "For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock."

  1. "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."
  2. "Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;"

Proverbs 1:33
